1. Reactor
Function: Uniformly mix and melt raw materials such as resin, tackifier, wax, filler, etc.
Requirements: High shear stirring, precise temperature control system (±1℃), vacuum degassing function.
Recommended configuration: Stainless steel jacket heating reactor, frequency conversion speed regulation, electric heating or thermal oil heating.
2. Filtration system
Function: Remove large particles or impurities, improve product smoothness, and reduce gun blockage.
Recommended configuration: High temperature and pressure resistant precision filter.
3. Extrusion molding machine/stick molding system
Function: Accurately extrude the colloid into a glue stick.
Requirements: Precision die design, stable pressure extrusion, precise size control.
Optional: Automatic cutting system to cut the glue stick according to the set length.
4. Cooling conveyor belt/cooling water tank
Function: Rapidly shape the glue stick to avoid adhesion or deformation.
Requirements: Uniform transmission, adjustable cooling speed, wind speed, and water temperature.
5. Automatic cutting equipment
Can achieve uniform length cutting.
The higher the degree of automation, the better the consistency of the finished product and the more efficient the packaging.
