In this project for pillow hot melt glue production line, JCT once again provided the client with innovative and practical solutions.
During our initial communication, the customer presented us with the following requirements:
Traditional pillow hot melt glue production line typically use a single-layer, wrap-arounf cooling water tank structure, which occupies a large area and is difficult to fit within their narrow factory space. This was the core challende of this project.

Based on the customer's specific factory conditions, our engineers proposed a multi-layer cooling water tank design, utilizing vertical space instead of horizontal space.
1. Multi-layer water tank save over 40% of floor space
Through a three-dimensional layout, the cooling water tank is changed from the traditional linear arrangement to a multi-layer circulating design, significantly reducing the horizontal footprint and making the entire cooling section more compact without compromising functionality.
2. Longer cooling path and more stable cooling effect
Although the structure is multi-layered, the total cooling length remains the same or even longer, ensuring that the pillow hot melt glue is fully cooled and shaped in a short time.
3. More efficient automatic lifting and transfer system
JCT has designed an automatic conveying mechanism between each layer of water tanks, allowing materials to smoothly transfer from the pper layer to the lower layer without manual intervention.
4. Easy maintenance and cleaning
The multi-layer structure still retains independent drainage and cleaning ports, allowing customers to shut down sections for maintenance without affecting overall operation.
