1. "Odor / VOCs and bubbles" → Deep vacuum degassing and devolatilization system

High-Vacuum Negative Pressure System: Multi-stage, high-efficiency vacuum pump units are installed on the reactor and buffer tank. Working in conjunction with wall-scraping ribbon or high-shear agitators, the system continuously stretches the high-viscosity colloid into thin films, forcibly and thoroughly extracting trace moisture, residual low-molecular-weight volatiles (VOCs), and air bubbles trapped within the material.

Vertical/Horizontal Thin-Film Devolatilizer: For high-end PO-based cigarette packaging adhesives, a thin-film devolatilization unit can be added at the discharge end to further reduce odor levels.

2. "Addressing paint points of charring, discoloration, and poor thermal stability" → Uniform heat transfer with no dead zones and precise temperature control

Multi-zone independent thermal oil jacket/screw temperature control: Moving away from crude electric heating, a forced-circulation thermal oil heating and cooling system is employed to strictly maintain temperature variations within the vessel or extruder to within ±1°C.

Dead-zone-free ribbon agitation design: This addresses the issues of overheating in high-viscosity materials near the vessel walls and slow heat transfer at the core; it ensures thorough macro- and micro-level homogenization of antioxidants, paraffin, and resin within a short timeframe, thereby preventing localized thermal degradation.

3. "Clogged glue gun / stringing / impurities" → Multi-stage high-pressure precision melt filtration

Dual-Station Continuous Melt Filter: A high-pressure melt filter (rated at 150–300 mesh or finer) is installed upstream of the discharge pump or extruder to thoroughly remove unmelted resin particles, carbonized material, and microscopic foreign contaminants.

Dual-Station Switching Design: Features on-the-fly screen switching without interrupting production, ensuring continuous, automated operation and preventing thermal degradation of the polymer caused by stagnation during screen changes.

4. "Batch inconsistency / quality fluctuations" → Fully automated recipe management and automated control (PLC/DCS)

Fully automatic loss-in-weight continuous feeding system: Automated metering and continuous or batch feeding of resins, tackifiers, waxes, and minor additives eliminate errors associated with manual feeding.

Formula locking and full-process data traceability: The PLC control system allows for one-touch recall of specialized formulas for cigarette pack adhesives and automatically records mixing speeds, vacuum levels, temperature profiles, and discharge pressures, ensuring consistent viscosity and softening points across every batch of hot-melt adhesive produced.
